London’s legendary nightclub, Fabric, is giving new life to its FABRICLIVE brand as part of its 25th-anniversary celebrations. The club has launched a dedicated record label under the Fabric Records umbrella. This new imprint joins a respected roster that includes Fabric Originals, Houndstooth, and the Fabric Presents Mix series.
FABRICLIVE has been at the forefront of UK dance music for years. Deeply rooted in sound system culture, it has championed both rising talent and established artists. Like its famous club nights and the much-loved compilation series—which ended in 2018 with Burial and Kode9—this new label will celebrate the sounds that define UK dance music.
Grace Flynn, FABRICLIVE’s booker, shared her vision: “FABRICLIVE has always been at the heart of what makes fabric unique. This isn’t a relaunch, but a refocus. We’re celebrating 25 years of FABRICLIVE and looking ahead. The record label gives us a fresh way to connect with fans and grow the FABRICLIVE ethos, with UK sounds always at the core.”
The FABRICLIVE evolution doesn’t stop at music. Fans can also expect exciting video content that explores London’s street style and vibrant soundscapes. The first video, featuring Flowdan, offers a thrilling preview of what’s to come.
Fabric’s 25th anniversary has been packed with special projects. These include a book by Joe Muggs, a photography series by Mark Vessey, and a unique anniversary edition of fabric presents, curated by Laurent Garnier. The club also upgraded its iconic Room 1 sound system with Martin Audio technology, ensuring its place as a top destination for house and dance music lovers.
For fans of house music and UK dance culture, FABRICLIVE’s new chapter promises to keep fabric at the cutting edge for years to come.
