The Chemical Brothers: New Track and Debut Book

‘Live Again’ sets the stage for their upcoming album, while ‘Paused in Cosmic Reflection’ offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the iconic duo’s three-decade career.

The Chemical Brothers have recently unveiled their latest musical offering, a track titled ‘Live Again’, accompanied by exciting news about their inaugural book set to be released this October.

‘Live Again’ follows a series of recent releases from the dynamic duo, such as ‘No Reason’ and ‘All Of A Sudden’, which made their debut earlier this year and subsequently received remix treatments from O’Flynn and Ewan McVicar.

Featuring the enchanting vocals of French singer-songwriter Halo Maud, ‘Live Again’ is slated to be included on the pair’s upcoming album, scheduled for release later this year.

This forthcoming record marks their impressive tenth studio album and arrives four years after their previous offering, 2019’s ‘No Geography’. The news of this project was confirmed in April through an Instagram post by The Chemical Brothers, showcasing a billboard bearing the message, ‘The Chemical Brothers new album fall 2023’.

In addition to their latest musical endeavour, The Chemical Brothers have made an exciting announcement about their inaugural official book, titled ‘Paused in Cosmic Reflection’, which is set to be published on October 26 by White Rabbit.

Described as the ‘definitive story of The Chemical Brothers’, this book delves into their illustrious 30-year career, narrated by the duo themselves as well as their esteemed collaborators throughout the years.

‘Paused in Cosmic Reflection’ features the voices of various artists, stage designers, and close friends of the duo, compiling extensive interviews conducted over countless hours. The book also offers a glimpse into the early days of their music career in Manchester, providing an in-depth documentation of their mesmerising live performances over the years.

Among the notable features in the book are contributions from Noel Gallagher, Beck, Erol Alkan, and others, complemented by captivating illustrations, photography, and stunning design work, including previously unseen posters.

Learn more about their forthcoming book.
