A Housemasters presenter since 2021, Drey Foxx aka Audrey Gauer grew up in a musical family, father was the lead singer of a band and lead guitarist, mother has the voice of a soprano, sister who can hit the same notes as Mariah Carey and Drey was in competitive dance. The home was filled with music from the Beatles, Bee Gees, Michael Jackson, Elvis, Lionel Ritchie, Diana Ross, Donna Summer, Queen, Led Zepplin, The Doors, Bob Marley…and the music has not stopped.

Drey has a love and appreciation for all types of music and it is through the technology of electronic music that has brought together all of her musical influences, including the likes of The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Stone Temple Pilots, Sade, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Dee-lite, The Cranberries, George Michael, The Crystal Method, Alice in Chains, Tool, Nirvana, Gun’s & Roses, Def Leppard, Skid Row, Paul Oakenfold, Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Pet Shop Boys, Duran Duran, Billy Idol, Tea Party, Alice in Chains, Tool, Nirvana, to name a few…

In 2013, Drey’s love for music and dance brought her to the decks. She dove into the deep end with her mixing style that can be appreciated from any viewpoint, whether on the decks or on the dance floor. Drey’s mixing involves constant movement, layering and experimenting with melodies, beats and all sorts of elements in between. Drey strives to bring a fresh vibe to every set, to invoke curiosity, emotion and movement with the purpose of recharging the heart and soul.

As a music lover, she’s always been fascinated with how music plays an integral part in every facet of our lives. Music is a universal language that is limitless in its vocabulary, sound and style. The sound and energy of music can transcend and reflect all kinds of emotions and thoughts, expressed through lyrics, melodies, instrumentals and movement. Music can embody what is in our hearts and spirit. When words are not enough, music is.

In 2018, Drey Foxx began hosting the annual Rolling Ball events “Listen. Feel. Move. Style”. She has been involved with local fashion and art shows. Drey Foxx also held residency with True North Radio based in Canada from 2019 to 2021.
